Arrive at your appointment on time with your garment(s) required alterations. For dress alterations, please bring the shoes and undergarments to be worn with the dress.
You will be given the Terms of Service Form to be read and signed before your appointment starts. Upon completion of fitting and pinning, you will be told the cost of your alterations. Full payment is required upfront.
Your garment will be altered in stages. Your second appointment will be provided to confirm fitting before the alteration progresses into completion. In some cases, a third or forth fitting sessions will be required before we can finalise your garment.
You have had your final fitting and picked up your garment. One of our customer care representatives will send you an email or text in a few days to make sure everything is good with your alteration. If you have any questions at all regarding your alteration, please feel free to let our customer care team knows. They are trained to handle feedbacks and respond to online comments and reviews.
