Step 1
Read our Terms of Service and FAQ. Contact us for your required alteration service and ask us questions via phone, email, text or social media. Please note our customer care representatives can only answer general enquiry. Technical questions regarding alterations will be transferred and responded to by an experienced seamstress.
Step 2
Book an appointment online or ask us to make a booking for you. Your initial appointment is obligation-free.
Step 3
Contact us if you need to make changes to your appointment.
Step 4
Arrive at your appointment on time with your garment(s) required alterations. For dress alterations, please bring the shoes and undergarments to be worn with the dress.
Step 5
You will be given the Terms of Service Form to be read and signed before your appointment starts. Upon completion of fitting and pinning, you will be told the cost of your alterations. Full payment is required upfront.
Step 6
Your garment will be altered in stages. Your second appointment will be provided to confirm fitting before the alteration progresses into completion. In some cases, a third or forth fitting sessions will be required before we can finalise your garment.
Step 7
You will have your final fitting and pick up your garment. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions after you have picked up your garment.
